If your item exhibits a manufacturing defect, material failure, or an error on our part, we will make it right. Period.
This includes:
• Full acceptance of the return
• Replacement or refund, at your preference
• Return shipping covered by us
We do not outsource responsibility. If it carries our name, it carries our guarantee.
Can I Return or Exchange an Item?
Yes. We offer returns and exchanges with intention and care. Items purchased from our store may be returned or exchanged, provided they meet the criteria below. Prepaid return labels are available for your convenience, or you may return items using a carrier of your choice.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be received within 14 calendar days of delivery
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be fully intact
- Shipping, duties, insurance, gift wrapping, and third-party fees are non refundable.
- Returns are limited to $250 per order or 4 items, whichever comes first

All items marked SALE are considered final sale.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow the instructions on the portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (you will need the order number email).
Returns submitted without a valid RMA will not be accepted.
Please note that a $3.50 restocking fee may apply to returned items.
