CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Yes, but we are only accepting pre-authorized returns of unworn items with original tags and packaging. Please email support for a RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number. Only returns with a valid RMA will be accepted. We reserve the right to apply a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Yes. But due to high demand and limited stock availability, to make an exchange you'll need to place a new order and send your item(s) back to us for a full refund.
